Handmade Burger Co || Moocha

So, seeing as we both finished university on a Monday afternoon and we were quite hungry, we decided to spontaneously visit Handmade Burger Co and scoff our faces eat.

Ash and I have been here once before, but this time we thought we'd experiment to see what other things are also on the menu. Located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, and seeing as it was lunchtime, it was expected that the place would be heavily full of people coming in for lunch! But luckily, the atmosphere of the place is amazing, giving off this chilled out vibe so you don't feel on edge...

We looked at the menu, spoilt for choice and wanting to get every single thing, seeing as we were that hungry (stupid Monday morning lectures..)! Once we decided, Ash ordering the Mexican Salsa burger, whilst I went for the Lamb Tikka burger (how Asian of me ha.), alongside some chicken skewers and a side of fresh cut chips, blue cheese mayo and barbeque sauce, we anticipated the arrival of our food..

And here it is! We were both impressed by the size of the meal, such a generous dish, however quite hard to eat!

After this, we needed something sweet to eat, and disappointingly the only sweet dish on the Handmade Burger Co menu was ice-cream! But, seeing as we were in the city centre anyway, we decided to visit Moocha, a small stall in Bullring shopping centre that specializes in bubble tea and frozen yogurt! Seeing as I've tried bubble tea before (and did not turn into a big fan), so we both opted for the frozen yogurt. Seeing as there were SO MANY toppings to choose from, we were both spoilt for choice. I think we both spent longer than a minute or two just deciding what we'd want on there! Finally, we decided. We both went for some summer fruits, including blueberries, mango and strawberries. Also went for the marshmellows (cannot say no to marshmellows) and something different, called popping bubbles. Ash went for the lychee popping bubbles whilst I chose the passion fruit ones. They're small tapioca bubbles full of fruit juice that pop in your mouth! We recommend both of these places if you're ever in the city!
